Palate
Clean and fresh flavor with a predominance of juniper, followed by citrus notes of lemon and orange, and a soft touch of spices. The finish is long, dry and refreshing.
Description
Oxley Gin is obtained by cold distillation (-5º C), using a special vacuum procedure, which preserves the flavors as much as possible and avoids maceration. The 14 botanical products used are classic, with the addition of some special ones such as cocoa, queen of the prairie and grains of paradise.
Instead of citrus peels, hand-peeled citrus fruits are used.
