Ron Zacapa 23 La Doma is the first reference of the limited editions of Zacapa 23 Heavenly Cask Collections .
La Doma is a mixture of rums from 6 to 24 years old, which made this journey through all these unique barrels in the solera system, resulting in a rum with fruity aromas and flavors, with touches of vanilla and wood, pineapple, caramelized banana and the memories of American whiskey.
Each of the editions that are part of the series pays tribute to one of the four types of special barrels used in the aging process of this rum, and Zacapa La Pasión completes this collection, made up of La Doma, El Alma and The Harmony.
