Nose

Powerful aroma of black fruits, roasted and balsamic notes.

Palate

Complex and well structured, unctuous and ripe, pleasant on the palate and very persistent, with roasted notes of cocoa and spices. Balanced and harmonious, tasty and with a long and elegant finish marked by the “sweetness” of noble tannins of very ripe fruit that show their potential in the bottle.

Description

Juan Gil Etiqueta Azul is a red wine with the Jumilla DO that is made with grapes from very old low-yield Monastrell vineyards as well as Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah vines planted at about 700 meters altitude, a very concentrated, complex and very elegant wine is obtained after its passage through a careful selection of French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
