Brandy made from distillates of excellent wines (Dutch) and long raised and aged in American oak casks.
At the Spanish level, brandy with Specific Designation Brandy de Jerez, Solera Gran Reserva category.
Excellent very young and fruity white wines fermented at low temperature, slight runoff, even preserving some lees in suspension at the time of distillation.
