Description
Raventós i Blanc Textures de Pedra is a unique interpretation of the Mediterranean landscape of the Penedès, made from native varieties selected and grown under sustainable viticulture criteria. Its name refers to the calcareous and stony soils that give the wine an unmistakable mineral identity.
After careful preparation and long aging on lees, it develops great aromatic complexity with notes of ripe white fruit, citrus, Mediterranean herbs, dried flowers and delicate memories of toasted bread and dried fruits. In the mouth it offers a fine and elegant bubble, an enveloping and creamy texture, and excellent tension marked by fresh acidity and a persistent mineral character. A gastronomic sparkling wine, sophisticated and of great depth, which faithfully reflects the origin and personality of the Raventós i Blanc estate.
