Los Conejos Malditos 2025 is a wine that is born from adversity and absolute respect for the vineyard. Its name pays tribute (with irony and character) to the rabbits that, attracted by the quality of the grapes, constantly attack some of the most demanding plots of the winery. Its speed and voracity cause extremely low yields, giving rise to limited production and highly concentrated grapes.
The grapes come from organically grown vineyards, located at 750 meters above sea level, on calcareous-clayey soils, within a continental climate environment marked by strong thermal contrasts. These conditions favor a slow and balanced maturation, preserving the natural freshness and authentic expression of the terroir.
In the glass, the wine expresses intensity and personality, with a marked identity linked to its origin. Altitude brings tension and liveliness, while soil and climate give structure and depth. It is an honest wine, with a unique character, which reflects both the harshness of the environment and the respectful work in the vineyard.
Los Conejos Malditos 2025 is a faithful sample of the landscape from which it comes and a declaration of principles: wines born from effort, nature and balance, where each bottle tells a story as real as it is unforgettable.
