The nose is frank and expressive, with black fruits predominating, such as blueberries and blackberries, along with slight notes of licorice. Spicy and subtle roasted aromas come from its aging in barrels.

Description
This wine ferments mint at a controlled temperature, to enhance and maintain the fruit. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, we address the malolactic fermentation, which in this wine develops in new, lightly toasted American barrels. Once finished, we rack it to single-use French oak barrels, where it remains for 5 months. After this step, all that remains is to bottle it and let it rest in the darkness and freshness of our winery until it is labeled.
