Nose
The wine is complex and frank with notes dominated by ripe red fruit, saffron and tobacco and a very elegant balsamic background.
Palate
It is a round and balanced wine with a fresh, long and mineral mid-palate. The aftertaste is very persistent, recovering memories of toast, raisins and leaf litter.

Description
The manual harvest is complemented by our cutting-edge process that combines the manual selection of the clusters with the mechanical selection of the grapes, which allows us to enhance and guarantee the highest quality of the wine.
It was aged for a minimum of 24 months in American and French oak barrels, aging that was completed with more than 36 months spent in the bottle. This noble rest has given it aromas of outstanding complexity and elegance in its passage through the mouth.
