Description

The red wineBela Roble 2023 is produced from hand-harvested grapes, selected from our own vineyards that are more than 25 years old located above 800 m altitude in the area of Villalba de Duero.

The climate is continental and the soils in this area are composed of two zones, on the one hand sandy loam textures (aromatic wines). Another part of clay-loam textures (rich and structured wines), more impermeable with an average depth of around one meter and with a medium level of carbonates.

The wine making process is traditional. Cold maceration prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by aging for nine months in French oak barrels.

The wine matures for a minimum of three months in the bottle until it is released to the market.
