Tasting notes
Nose
High and attractive aromatic intensity, with wild black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries standing out, mixed with liquorice typical of the Tempranillo variety. Aromas also coming from the ageing process such as cocoa, nutmeg, cigar leaf and notes of sweet spices.
Palate
On the palate it is round, with a pleasant tannin that is pronounced, giving structure, also providing a long and persistent finish.
Serving temperature
It is recommended to serve at 16 ºC.

Description
The grapes that make up Viña Real Crianza come from our own vineyard (Laguardia) and vineyards from suppliers in the Alava area who for years have supplied us with their harvests.
The destemmed grapes are taken to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place with temperature control, between 26-28ºC. The wine, after malolactic fermentation, goes into French and American oak barrels where it remains for 13-14 months. Racking is carried out every 5-6 months to promote its maturation and correct organoleptic evolution.
