Nose
Development of ripe fruit (stone fruit), white flowers, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass, notes reminiscent of fine pastry, notes of honey and vanilla spices resulting from working with lees.
Palate
Wine with tension and nerve, but with a lot of weight in the mouth and structure. It is juicy and enveloping, very long with a slight more marked bitterness as well as the wood notes that flow in an elegant way.
