The winery is known for its fresh, elegant and expressive wines, with a marked identity of the terroir. Its philosophy is based on respect for the vineyard and the use of advanced technology to extract the best from each harvest. Its international reputation has made José Pariente one of the most prominent wineries in Rueda and an essential choice for lovers of good white wine.

Bodega José Pariente is one of the most representative wineries of the Denomination of Origin Rueda, specialized in the production of high-quality white wines. Its story begins withJosé Pariente, a winegrower passionate about the Verdejo grape who dedicated his life to growing vineyards in Rueda, convinced of the enormous potential of this native variety. In 1998, his daughter Victoria Pariente decided to continue his legacy and founded the winery that today bears her name, with the aim of producing wines that combined winemaking tradition with the most innovative techniques.

Located in the heart of Rueda, the winery works with its own and selected vineyards, many of them with old Verdejo vines, which allows them to obtain wines with great expression and personality. Their approach is based on respect for the land and sustainable viticulture, using advanced technology in the winemaking process to preserve the purity and authenticity of the grapes.

Under the winemaking direction of Martín Pariente, the winery has evolved while maintaining its essence and expanding its range of wines. In addition to their iconic José Pariente Verdejo, a fresh and aromatic wine that represents the maximum expression of the variety, they have developed other references aged in barrels and on lees, which provide greater complexity and structure. They also work with varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, achieving balanced and elegant wines.

The commitment to excellence has led José Pariente to consolidate itself as a reference winery in Spain and in international markets. Their wines stand out for their finesse, intensity and aging capacity, reflecting the unique character of the Rueda terroir and the passion of a family dedicated to wine for generations.
