Description
The Ultreia Godello is a white wine with great personality, made by the prestigious winemaker Raúl Pérez in the Bierzo region, León. This wine is made 100% from the Godello variety, a grape that has become one of the great protagonists of Spanish whites due to its ability to reflect the terroir and evolve over time in the bottle.
This wine ferments withnative yeasts, which allows it to fully express the characteristics of the terroir. Fermentation takes place in used oak barrels, where the wine subsequently ages on lees for several months. This process provides a silky and complex texture, with a very marked mineral character.
Thanks to its structure and acidity, this wine has great aging potential. It can evolve in the bottle for several years, developing more complexity and honeyed notes over time.
