Ultreia Godello is a white wine of great character, crafted by the renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez in the Bierzo region of León. This wine is made entirely from the Godello grape variety, which has become a leading Spanish white wine thanks to its ability to reflect the terroir and evolve beautifully over time in the bottle.
This wine ferments with Native yeasts are used, allowing the wine to fully express the characteristics of the terroir. Fermentation takes place in used oak barrels, where the wine then ages on its lees for several months. This process imparts a silky and complex texture with a pronounced mineral character.
