Tasting notes

Appearance

Ruby color and purple reflections, which leaves a large amount of tears in the glass after being shaken.

Nose

Intense and complex nose with a marked aroma of blueberry, licorice, cocoa and graphite, with a pleasant touch of milk and toasted nuts in the background.

Palate

In the mouth it is a structured wine with great balance between its vibrant acidity and alcohol content, which shows a delicate tannin and aftertaste of black bramble fruit, fennel and cedar.
