This wine belongs to the collection by Emilio Moro in El Bierzo, which was created with the aim of respecting the identity of the variety without sacrificing freshness. Here, the Godello is grown in vineyards with more shaded exposures, where the fruit remains fresh and the acidity balanced. The aging on the lees in French oak foudre barrels adds a rounded finish to the virtues of Bierzo Godello.
