Description
Demuerte Classic is a signature red wine from the Yecla DO, the result of a perfect blend of Monastrell (50%) and Syrah (50%). The grapes come from vineyards over 15 years old, cultivated in limestone soils and with a climate characterized by significant temperature variations, which enhances its aromatic intensity.
After careful vinification, the wine ages in French oak barrels for approximately nine months, which imparts elegance and complexity. It displays a deep, purplish-red color; the nose is dominated by red and black fruits, with notes of vanilla, cocoa, and fine spices. On the palate, it is balanced, enveloping, and long, with smooth tannins and well-integrated acidity that enhances its freshness.
